Dating. Prediction markets. Third-act arias straight from Les Miserables. A mysterious train drawing ever closer.

What happens when a Bay Area startup hires a team of irreverent artists to create lore that will go down in history?

You get Bet on Love, a surreal musical odyssey of romance and live betting! Guided by an existentially troubled CEO (Duncan Horst) and his hapless Blood Boy (Tom Low), six contestants compete in a series of challenges for the chance to win a date with Aella, our glamorous bachelorette. As markets track their performance, contestants must flirt, dance, and neg, fend off a bloodthirsty polycule, consummate their marriage under the watch of a mysterious nurse, and most importantly, come to terms with Aella’s death before the Singularity hits.

I produced and stage managed the show, as well as contributing to the writing process and performing a small but well-loved role as the Nurse.

The Tale of
Bloody Caroline

In progress. A dark folk concept album about a girl and her reflection.

In the dark of the night
The most colorful light
Becomes painful to remember,
And the air that we breathe
Is a perilous dream
And our hearts a dying ember,
Cold upon the last December.
I’ll burn it all away…
